If your creations arrive damaged or broken, please take a picture and message me. I do my best to package each and every item carefully.

Your order will be packed up and shipped out within 7 business days of being received. Which means your order could be sent out the next day or on the 7th business day after it was placed.

Due to the nature of my creations I do not offer refunds. I will either repair OR replace your item. Each and every piece is One of a Kind and Handmade.

I ships USPS, insured priority mail, on all sculptures and jewelry over $50. Jewelry and small items under $50 is shipped USPS First Class.

For out of country sales, the parcels are not insured and shipped first class mail, unless you wish to upgrade. If so please contact me.

Once an order has been sent to the post office I do not have control over it or it's delivery times. You will NOT be able to cancel your order. If you order near a holiday remember postal services are SEVERELY overwhelmed and usually slow.

Right now during the pandemic postal services are slow and overwhelmed. Which stinks, but it can't be helped.
